That would be me and two mates from 197.net... We have been doing route 500. Currently in Inverness after finishing and now on way back down, stopping at loch ness today.. We have only seen 1 other Clio the entire trip and that was a blue 200 (also saw an r26 Meg in LY).
Very decent reason to have an opinion on the new one, but what got his and others backs up is how rude you are about it. And getting your point across, it's very clear you don't like the car - fair enough, don't insult people who own them though.
OT: Personally love mine, glad I've got...
No I meant what I said. Bright yellow Clio hardly ever not gets seen... And when it doesn't I just back off rather than beeping and perhaps causing the other road user to harshly brake/manoeuvre.

Gearbox issue is usually in 3rd, usually yes, at higher rpm.
Also the 200 suffers from notchy boxes when cold, more so than the 197, with sometimes having to wait for it to be warm before able to select a gear.
Try and get one as above in the more desirable colours (LY/Storm) and make sure it is well specd, and preferably things such as the speed line wheels, cup spoiler as will make it easier to sell for a better price.
