Ye I think it's about a £400 job means a full belt replacement. Mine needs it 2. Won't harm it if left the noise just gets worse.

From k-tec so not sure. ​best fit I can get bolts no where near

Ye done all that mate the fire ring is the problem doesn't even go half way in the end of the decat pipe making the bolts 2 short even if they was long enough the seal would be no good by the looks of it

Bought 1 of these kits from k-tec came today and the fire ring seems too big hardly goes into the decat pipe at all and as a result the bolts don't fit either. Any ideas anyone

Fk high sports are good value used them on all my golfs

If they didn't come with there own copper grease is good 2 use.

There may also be green s**t in the wash bottle give this a good clean out 2. Take it off and jet wash it and throw in sum cleaner like g101

As for the jets not sure about these cars as I'm new to em but on my other cars I find the pipes get clogged up with green s**t. I usually take em out put them in warm water and give them a bit of a clean. ​Hope this helps

Quite simple really. My pressure washer was at a friends house whose on holiday so I soaked em in G101 all purpose cleaner then used a normal pot wash sponge and hot water with a tad of fairy liquid then rinsed em in clean cold water. came up a treat and took 20 mins. The G101 lifted most the...
