    197 Flat Spot, Hesitation & Stalling

    So I picked up my RS Clio 197 just over a week ago, the previous owner had fitted a K&N panel filter and also removed the silencer. I have increasingly noticed a flat spot between 1500 & 3000 RPM which has gradually got worse and worse, to the point I'm over cautious of pulling out of junctions...
