The Engine light was on, and when put on the diagnostics, required a new Downstream O2 sensor? And a new throttle potentiometer?? Did I get ripped off there too lol

Well I am really sorry. Im 17, its my first car and I want to get the problem sorted. I am happy to do the work to put it in and remove it - I already had to take it out to get the part numbers. I just am looking for advice on what I need to do as it seems my local dealer are trying to rip me...

I have listened, I have just contacted the people on the link you gave me, seeing if he thinks he will be able to repair it explaining it. If it fails it looks like it can be refunded, so I think I will go with that! Thanks for the help its muchly appreicated.

Hi all Having problems with my Air Bag light. Just had the wires under the drivers side resoldered but it didnt work. The renault garage didnt seem to know what to do and said it could be the ecu - and then quoted £300!! Will this be the problem, is there anything I can do myself to fix it?
