When the missus 1.2 16v (3dr) went, same thing as you white plastic thing had destroyed itself! i got a replacement kit from gsf for £75. Worth a look!

you do need to take the radio out as the 2 screws mentioned above are only accessible once its out :( Once its free its just 2 multiplugs on each end of the unit to remove.

Just changed my standard unit over for an aftermarket and it fitted without needing any extras (other than an ariel adaptor!) I remember having a pig of a time with my ph1 as there was just no room to hide the wires. I just ripped the centre console apart on the 182, made access easy :)

Will look into the sidelight idea, tbh the automatic headlights thing normally brings the xenons straight on so the sidelights do seem to be redundant.

Yeah belts were done at 72k, bang on an albeit risky schedule!! Also need a new alloy, as 3 out of 4 are pretty much perfect, and 1 looks like its been rather abused :(

yeh i get a fuel card too :) really tempted to walk into mr renault. How will the 182 hold up as a daily motorway driver though. Will be doing roughly 2-3000 a month.

haha i had them wheels on mine, was it just RSis that came with them cus im not sure of the model of mine, just know its a 1.6 16v with all that spec apart from half leather! However got some nice 172 oz wheels now :)

i just got my best quote from admiral, £590 FC on my clio2 1.6 16v which is group 10 for some reason!! They also quoted me only £850 on a 182, makes one worth considering ;)

Want to fit my pioneer cd changer into the boot of my clio2, however bit concerned as to the exact whereabouts of the fuel tank, dont wanna screw into it!!! Where have ppl placed theres???? Kev.
