So another update so far:
We tried the 100mm pulley but it was just to big. This caused the belt to touch itself on the return, so we went back to the original 85mm and ditch the 70mm.
Fuelling was awful (60 miles on a full tank) so took it up to see Chris at EFI. He had a look at the map...
So last week the Clio went for it’s MOT knowing that it has been dismantled and rebuilt twice (as the first New Genuine crank pulley keyway snapped and bent all of the Super tech valves) and been standing for 17 months. There was a few electrical issues, washer pump died, callipers sticking etc...
I wanted the front end to look slightly more aggressive so I dropped in some bonnet vents. A little for cooling bit mainly for looks
All that lovely engine work I had done and none of it is visible. Oh well. At least it has solve gold shines bits on
Just adding this for the people interested.
I’m still running in the engine so will need remapping once it’s had some miles under its belt. It is still slightly over fuelling when cold but fine when warm. Spits flames well too 😳😆👍😷

So after aaaaaaagges, we had it on the Dyno and did fairly well. running 305 bhp which is fine for the moment. I will get some miles on and have an upgraded intercooler and a few other tweaks before it has another trip to the dyno. which should give it a tad more - fingers crossed
