car cleaning

First post here! Felt like being a bit of a perfectionidt today so went and cleaned under the spare tyre in my mk2 ph3 Clio Extreme. Its obvious that at some point water has made its way in here as evidently there is a bit of rust bubbling in some spots. I used a bottle of warm soapy water...
