track car 182 172 197 cup clio renault sport

Toying with the idea of putting in some tube sill stands as i’m doing a full cage very soon, has anyone had any experience with this on 197/200 (or any clios)? What do people usually do for track cars and often jacking them up, do people weld on box sections under the sill?
