    Front windshield wipers only moves once

    Hi guys. My front windshield wipes stopped working completely. I changed the motor for a new one but it only makes one rotation and then stops. Every time I change speed it makes only one rotation then stops. Since the motor is running and it starts from the stalk then maybe it is a relay of...
