£100-£150 Camera?

I need a new camera before I go away in a few weeks, and am looking to spend £100-£150 on one. I'd like it to be as small as possible without being shite, if you know what I mean . Does anyone have any recommendations?

yup cant go wrong with the ixus 70, amazon do them for about £120
