2 questions, chip and suspension

first question is, that one of my mates was (what i thought) foolish enough to buy a "piggy back" style chip for his corsa, but one of these £3 things, he said hes noticed a difference, but i havent read good things?any opinions?

also ive heard that 182/72 suspension can be slightly adjusted, is this also the case with 1.4 '05 clios?

1 stay away from the so called mod chips they make your car run rich which will fcuk up your engine
2. the standard suspension cant be adjusted for rebound etc you can adjust the toe in but your asking for trouble

yeah i heard they messed the engine up, cheers man, il let my mate know too, also, whats adjusting it for toe in?!
