How do i post pics that are saved on my computer?

How do i set a pic to show when im postin i think its called an avitar? not sure?

pictures will need to be submitted via photobucket type website , where you need to upload from .

avatars pics via your user control panel iirc

click on user cp then Edit Avatar

and you can up load your pics on to photobucket then hot link
