2008 Clio 3 rear wheel bearing?

Hi I’m new here hope this is in the right place? is there a known problem with the rear wheel bearings on 2008 clio 3 which I’ve only had for 6 weeks, because I’ve just had one replaced but when I look at the mot history it should of been done 2 years ago because it was an mot failure at that time?

The Clio 3 has a large bearing so generally last a few years. Two years is probably a reasonably good life if the car is regularly driven, driven hard and/or found a good few poor condition roads.
