3-4k chudder

I have a little problem when im giving it a little between 3 and 4k the engine chudders (and there very noticable) at just after 3k and coming up to 4k it does it in 2nd and 3rd but not all the time.
im a little worried its something serious the cars a 51 plate 1.2 dynamique on 23k miles.

Chudder? Meaning a little hiccup , misfire?

Has the car had a recent service? If not, it could be something as simple as a dodgy spark plug.

Have you ever run her low on petrol? If you have you may have picked up abit of dirt from the bottom of your tank causing it to temporarily block a jet. This can often be rectified by using one of many petrol treatments available (try Halfords) which quickly disolves dirt and rust particles.

Just two simple things to try before worrying too much.

^^^^ Agree with Debz . Sounds like it could be your spark plugs mate . My 172 did this up to about 2.5 - 3k revs then was ok above that .Got in on the computer and it turns out it was the plugs , changed em and it was ok afterwards .
