When you say 'Ringtaxi', is that someones job?? To take an M5 round the ring for paying passengers?!

But aside from that, that 306 driver has got skills and very big balls!

Christ some good driving TBH, M5 left him on the straights for dead, but soon caught him again.

I LOL'd at the 197!

You also have to remember they have paying customers on board. Its no good having your passengers throw up within 3 minutes.
I have a feeling if it was one of the ring drivers on his own and going for it,then he would of been away.....imo

Spent most of that video going "go on 306!!, Get in!!!!" ha ha

Heroic driving from the little 306!

He must have racing rubbers on though and sorted suspension?, but even so it was epic!

im guessing at toyo 888's or similar. can hear them when he's at speed and seems to have bucket loads of grip. looks pretty stripped and full cage in there so would only assume suspension has had work also.

I went round in my mates turbo'd Valver, probably the best experience in a car in my whole life (Except Becky in Asda carpark, but that's different)

My mate had been before and knew the circuit pretty well, add this to the fact his Valver was EPIC... Totally dialled, trick suspension, massive turbo, stripped and full cage, Toyo R-888's... etc, etc.

We were ruining EVERYTHING... RS4's, M3's even had a play with a GT2.

Just goes to show if you know the track and you have a 'sorted' car, you can embarrass much faster cars!

awesome video

makes you wonder (as you say) get the suspension, tyres , grip sorted and then learn to drive is there any real need for ££££ on engine mods.

It's the same story on UK trackdays, it's quite easy to 'humble' people in much quicker cars. All you need is decent tyres and a bit of track knowledge and you'll be as quick as half of 'em lol.

If only people would understand this in the Supercharger thread...

9.30 is slow for the taxi?
You would be amazed at what some owners can do round there.
Old guy in beaten up old Alfa was highly amusing, over dinner found out he owns the ring car hire firm & lives there:D
