360 arcade system

My xbox premium is fecked, out of warrenty so need another one. Don't need anything apart from a console so want cheapness. I have a few questions that people could help me out with.

Does it have a HDMI port?
Can I plug my hardrive into the top of it?
Are any of the online features different?
