37 in a 30

hi guys. quick question-my stupid sister has had a letter through off the police saying she wnet through red light and was clocked doing 37 in a 30. what she likely to get for this-points/fine??

^^ thats what i thought, an unfortunate situation to be in unfortunately, probably 6pts and £120.

My dad got caught doing this exact same speed, he got £60 fine and the choice of 3 points or a day in the class room, which do you think he took

3 points and a fine for the speedin, friend of mine went through a red light and got 3 points - but the fine was more than £60 for that, they tend to take it more seriously than a speedin offence, thats what the police told him in the car anyway.
