My 3GS hasn't synced properly with iTunes since I upgraded to 9.1 last week - is this just at my end or a more wide-spread problem??

3GS not syncing with 9.1?

Mines had the same problem since upgrading to 9.1. I'm on 3.1.2 JB
It does seem to actually sync, backs up apps, syncs photos then syncs songs and just as it finished syncing songs it fails. But they are all there when I check
