5900rpm Drives and HD streaming and NAS's...

As above really, i'm looking at buying a NAS, prob 4 bay maybe the netgear readynas nv+

http://netgear.com/Products/Storage/ReadyNASNVPlus/RND4000.aspx

or

maybe something with storage already in there

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001FAE64K/?tag=cliospnet01-21

So anyway, first of all does anyone have any other 4bay nas recommendations? or are either of these any good?

Secondly and to some extent more importantly. in populating one of these NAS boxes, would a 7200rpm drive be advantageous over a 5900 one?

the only thing i'll be using this nas for is 1080p mkv streaming to and from various devices - htpc/ps3 etc.

im ' aware 5900's run quieter, cooler and are cheaper because of course they're slower but am i going to see judder on the movies or anything like that? anyone know?

at the moment i'm looking at getting x4 2tb seagate barracuda 5900rpm

I'm using a readynas duo with 2 x 1.5 terabyte samsung drives. cost about 300 all in.

Only 2 drives but that's enough for me.

and thats basically a pc its the cheapest way and the easyest imho granted not the smallest or quietest without some investment but in teh end it will be better than a cheap nas setup
