5k yo!

Ok so my car is not revving past 5k if i have my foot buried, but drives perfect up to 5k. Also if i hold it in a gear (any) and drive it slowly up to 5k it will pull all the way to redline. What do you guy think plugs? HT leads? Its a clio 172 ph2 on 60k.

does it misfire at all? Could be a number of things, id get the fault codes read first.

Nope no misfire it just feels funny and won't rev past 5k. No fault lights on dash but I can always get it checked out. I think they are original plugs that's why I'm thinking plugs. But I don't want spend £50 on plugs not knowing if that is the problem.

Well if they are the original plugs they need replacing any way right?

Couldn't be Coolant sensor related?

Well taken it out today and every gear it wont go past 5k but if its the plugs why is it only doing at 5k? I'm going to try new plugs anyway because the one in are old.
