60mm HELP



picked up sum 60mm springs today, is it safe to just stick them on or do i need to get anything else? shocks etc thanks for your help in advance:)

you can put them on using standard Shocks, but it is recommended that you use Uprated Shocks :)
 
ah, i c, well il hav a look for those and grab sum, do u know how much they are roughly. . .? btw i was looking for places where i could get them fitted and they were saying £40 each spring!! somebody please tell me they were having a laugh, i know its not free but come on. im 2 scared to do it myself lol:(

i got mine on standard shocks for nearly 6months now no problems at all!! save your money until you have to buy some new ones

te back 1's are easy to fit, just the front 1's that need to be compresed so they fit,

^^ as he said you dont have to upgrade shocks, but its recomended, look on Ebay for Bilstein's 1's. on there al the time :)

if you fit the lowering springs to the standard shocks you dont need to compress them to put them back on only need to compress the old springs to take the old ones off .... its a 2 man job...and there is a really good guide by fubar on here if you want it all message it to you thats what i followed

backs are a peice of piss mate can do them on your own fronts are easy just pain in arse getting bolts undone good luck and post some before a after pics when your done
 
Yeah normally anything over 40mm drop..then its best to sort your shocks too.
They will last for a while till you save the pennys for them.
try europarts..cheap!
