A few from the Lakes

  White APE
Just got back from a few days up in the Lake District. Tried not to spend too much time behind the lens and actually just enjoy the walks and views. Really regret not having a CPL for my 10-20 as i struggled badly with my skies.

Struggled badly to snap these guys. Forrest was quite dark and struggled to keep steady at 500mm.

LOL!

I actually replied yesterday on my phone but it obviously didn't post :S

I like the rabbits one (Three's a crowd) and the Star trails.

My only advice would be to shoot at a higher ISO for the stars. You'll get more in the shot that you won't notice and the cabin's would have been better lit. Also would have tried to get Polaris in too.
I'e been shooting mine at 1700 now instead of 100 when I first started.

Cheers for the advice. Will try that out. I had tried to get a better angle but due to a lamp lighting the pathway it ruined any other options. Plus there was a stream 30 feet away so I was getting eaten alive so set this up at my front door. Lol

Rabbit shots my fav too. Along with the mutt but that's because my my best pal.
