Accessing gmail via MSN messenger?

Hi all,

I was wondering if this can be done as I used to open messenger when I had a hotmail account via the little mail icon and was wondering if I can do ti for my new gmail account?

I think you just have to register your gmail email address on the msn website and you can sign in and start having friends ?

Yeah thats what I meant, but then when I log into my address via msn messenger it says I dont have an inbox!

Yeah - You can only use the chat function, it won't let you know when you have new mail
