Name, email, address, and some other bits and pieces!

Just saves me having to make the thing from scratch!

Daz, that doesnt give me enough fields, want some that I can change to drop down boxes prefrebly, but its going to have quite alot of info on it!

Well as everyone is inbred and all have the same surname, it gets very confusing! Billy-Bob Smith doesnt like being called Billy-Jo-Bob Smith you see! Emailing for sex makes things faaaaaaar worse!
