Advice on suspension

Hey friends, I've got a W phase 1 2.0 sport @ 40k miles. The back end seems to wobble which I think is a wheel bearing. I wanna get the suspension upgraded at the same time as fixing it. Any advise on suspesion kits would be appreciated. Spend budget is around £400 and I'd like to drop the front by 40/60mm?

budget dampers from koni or the likes and a set of apex springs should do it mate
