Advise on lowering my car

Im wanting to drop my car 40mm on my 16inch alloys.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, in terms of what to buy to make this possible ?? I really dont know anything about it. What is needed ? What make ? Thanks

if you go over 35- 40mm drop then its best to upgrade the shocks too.
you will probably be alright though.
europarts make good and cheap springs, i got some 35mm for about £50-£60.

Thats a bit to simple an swer there to mnay variables if you chnage the springs IMO you should change the dampers as well regardless so they work together.

Eisback are the only ones id recomend. I'd never just chnage springs though I'd chnage the dampers as well and since there no decinet replacment dampers coilovers like FK or H and R etc would be my only choice.
