Airbag warning light

Alright lads, I recently fitted an aftermarket steering wheel to my 172 and because of this, obviously my airbag warning and service lights have come on. I heard recently that in the new clio, it's a dashboard-out job to remove the bulbs for these. Does anyone know if this is the case for my 2002 model? MOT date is looming .

airbag light on is not an mot failure - just an advisory.

Get on the blower to K tec racing and ask for air bag resistor kit.
