Can a un-deployed airbag, pre tensioners be taken out and used in another car? also will the airbag computer be ok to use from another car?

Yep airbags and pretensioners are the same just when you unplug the old ones and plug them into yuor car don't turn the electrics on until there all connected back up otherwise the warning light goes off. When all the airbags etc are plugged in then you can turn the key etc.

Airbags computers err difficult to know there about 20 different airbag computers. Best idea is to search Ebay there a place in Spain I think who can reset airbag computers cheaper than most places can sell you one from a broken up car.
