Well done to all. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves, i know i did. Wasnt until we got there and i saw the circuit i thought i would have a go. I was just going to spectate

Good lap times and some excellent performances. Glad i could fly the flag for the tubby 172s.

Glad you enjoyed the lap mate, was a fun one.



Did anyone loose a garage/padlock key? Ive found one under my passenger seat carpet and its not one of mine.

I deffinatly got the most out of the day, did 8 runs if you include my little instance on one, and 4 drags in.. all good!

arj256, 1.29 in a 1.2 8v is very impressive

I swear when i did my first run against Tyrone, i got the thumbs up when i was comming back, and was told i beat him by 1/4 of a car length :confused:

Ah well, maybe i was wrong, good fun was had by all

Cheers! You werent exactly slow either, especially when you locked up in turn 2 with a massive cloud of white smoke! Thought you were heading for disaster but you recovered to put in a 1.23 - that was insane!

Thanks once again to clarkiev6 and everyone else who helped organise it, I had a wicked time. Never done a track day like this before and didnt know what to expect but I was hooked after the first lap! Excellent fun!

Freebone cant believe you didnt want to drag against me, would have been a good race valver v valver. Maybe next time!

Well you were in a saxo and beat most people, i thought saxos just sat outside maccfy ds banging tunes out with noens under em?
