Alloy problem...

To cut a very long story short, I got a puncture on Sat night. Ordered my new tyres which are due tomorrow. However, had a look at the alloy today and realised the little black plastic spacer like part is missing, must have fell off when I change the wheel.

I have 16" speedlines on a dynamique. Not exactly sure what the little things are, but was told if I was fitting the wheels onto a non-RS, I needed them, so I put them on.

Is there anyway I can get a set of these, OR, do I even need them?

Its like a small black plastic ring and a small metal ring which clips onto it, and then they both clip onto the middle of the inside of the wheel before you bolt it on. I have the metal part, but not the black plastic bit.

Help appreciated

the rings are used to create a tight fit around the hub and centre the alloy correctly, they only really work if the hub has the pretruding lip, I know on many cars now the hubs/discs are flat faced so a spigot ring would be useless.

Cheers for the info mate, do you know if a 1.2 16v D/mique has a pretruding lip or not?
