Alot of help required

Hello all. Im a young lass who knows nothing about cars. Iv had my clio 182 since it was 3 years old. I garaged it at 92k and bought another car as i didnt want it to go over 100k. At the time id get it out at summer and run it around now and again but long story short i had to move house and it sat outside not moving for 3 years 😞
Im devastated as it used to be mint. The seats were perfect. Im now left with what you see in the pictures. Alot of moisture seemed to get inside in this time. Iv managed to fix the mouldy seats but my drivers seat im not sure what to do with. As you can see the leather has pulled. The leather feels rock solid. Iv tried leather softner but i think that its too far gone. Anyone know what i can do?
Anyone know who could do my wheels to match the centre caps? Everywhere iv taken it so far have said they cant match the colour.
Also can you see all the sort of rusty bits in the pictures? Do these matter? As i say i know nothing about cars so im not sure if these are worth sorting or leaving?
Iv an engine management light on, its spluttering, it needs serviced etc so thats sort of my priority and il need someone to do them bits for me but if these rusty bits do need done to future proof it then its something i could maybe do myself?
Yea im not sure where im going with this really. I just want my old clio back and i feel like its a massive project and iv no idea where to start.

Hi,
A good detailer can probably sort much of this out on the visuals side.

If it's damp inside, I'd be inclined to get a dehumidifier running in it.

It'll defo want a good service if it's been sat. And likely the belts..

You can pick up decent seats and belts pretty cheap if they cannot be saved, id guess the foam has shrunk rather than the leather has stretched, that tends to be what happens if it suffers prolonged damp.

The bit of rust are nothing too serious and could be resolved fairly easily.

As @Advikaz said 100% needs a service.

Those rusty bits aren't that serious. The suspension top mounts probably want renewing after all the years anyway and the bolts can be treated with rust converter as it's only surface rust by the looks of it.
Where abouts are you? I guarantee there will be people on here who would love to have a project like that, maybe you could persuade someone to lend a hand.

Thank you im on the north west coast cumbria. I did treat the boot with the rust converter years ago and it worked well after a leak from my light. Il give that a go. Appreciate all this advice thank you

No they dont seem to be but iv had it in the garage for a few months now. The seats did have mould though

Any idea where i could get covers? My mam taught me how to use a sewing machine etc so im pretty handy that way. I did think about taking them off but couldnt find antrhing online

I would have a look at getting it steam cleaned to try and kill off the bacteria. Also like above, a deasicant dehumidifier is a good shout, not one of those little pot things, they're hopeless. A proper plug in one, I ran one in mine and it has helped to no end

I put a pot one in mine. It helped to an extent and did have aload of water in it but I still got a mouldy steering wheel. Rest of the car was fine though

I would start by getting the car to a good local detailer as suggested above. They will get it looking lovely and that will cheer you up a lot. Then I would focus on getting the car to a good specialist who will service it properly. It will need a timing belt/aux belt change.

Do you have a budget. I can see this costing a bit of money to put right.
