ANOTHER FAULT THE ALARM THIS TIME

Well they say it comes in threes and this is my third fault in the past week. every time i set the alarm after I leave it for a few minutes it just starts going off. happens everytime. its annoying because it means i cant put the alarm on when I leave the car. Anybody had this problem or knows what it could be

Yep mine had the same problem although its the Dci which has the same alarm on it.

Take it to the dealer it can be one of a few things mine was checked and the sensors were all ok but they turned the sensitivity down. Someone at my dealership told me there are very sensitive and that if you leave the airvents open it can set the alarm of. It is a problem as you cannot lock the car up properly with the key as the boot will always be unlocked.

Lock it in a garage if you can and get someone park behind it as I did when I was waiting for it to be fixed.

This used to happen in the exs valver - usually because there was a mini-Thames river stored in the bloody sunroof thatd p*ss out all over you as soon as you moved!
