Any Ideas!

Basically I have a full Rockford install which I had in my old car.

This includes a 15" Rockford, but the box takes up most of my boot. This didnt bother me before because I just put stuff on the back seat, how ever this car has leather rear seats and so I dont want to scratch them. I have advertised the sub and the matching amp for sale, but they are wicked and havent heard anything louder since opwning them.

I have emailed auto acoustics about building me a custom stealth box, but they just said they cant do it if the sub is bigger than 12", HELP.

Sorry but what do you want help with I think Im jst being a bit thick! If it to make a custom stealth box it would need to be huge to get the right volume for a 15" sub and you;d have to be fairly handy with fibreglass.

If it was me Id sell the sub and buy a 12" Rocky instead, a benefit of which would be that it would be a bit more versatile- it could cope with faster bass.

ill build ya a box if ya like is it in a mk1 valver?? or a mk2 or 3 new shape model?? it wont be in fibre glass but ill get it to fit in aswell as poss! if u interested pm me! where you based??

Mate, It is an rfp3215, I have a ported box which is designed for the Sub and works a treat, It is just massive though.

Was thinking about having one that is to fit in a corner if that is possible. Like a wedge shape. Or one that faces upwards inside a box that is like a false floor if this makes sense.

couldnt you fit some hardboard or mdf onto your parcel shelf for the sub and put it in the middle of that? Will save loads of space

Lol, would be nice, bnut it is not a free air sub mate. Am going to put it on Ebay tonight, Have had a few calls too which is good so may just sell it and go for a 12" solo baric
