any one else with this use less bunch of t*ssers ?
god they are complete cnuts !!!
They always blame every one else - it was bt they blamed the other month, bt came & found nothing, all line tests came back clear, but we still get disconnected & have probs getting re connected.
I keep hearing about micro filters etc when i call them (we have them installed correclty) tbh I want to get the fooking filter & shove it up their arses.
Typically the people are called Jason & Mark etc, but thet are all indian & know sweet fa about their stuff.

I am looking to get rid, but don't have the time at the min to sort out another provider.

They used to be good years ago when they had narrowband connections. Was probably the only dialup ISP I could find that gave me a good ping on gaming servers. Was extremely hard to cancel my contract with them though, so never bothered with adsl with them

I used to be on 56k with them (i been with them for about 7 years now) and it was fine, the broadband is utter sh*t though, i have been logging down for months when its been disconnecting etc (plus all of the cr*p they keep telling me) so i have enough evidence to get out of the contract - my grounds are that they don't supply the service i'm paying for (according to them I have exclusive access to the line etc, funny how on friday nights & over the weekend it doesn't work properly)

Their staff really do know sweet fa, I know more than them & i'm about average with computers !
