Well we use a certain range tbh and log it on the job sheet - so it could be anything. Try "Angry IP" and see what results it gives back - we tend to range well out of the range of other things. Most of ours end in .190 and .191.
Also make sure your voicemail codes are not default codes as a lot of sammy systems have been hacked recently and the customer gets a very high bill
