Any Samsung Phone Server Dealers on here?

Hi,

Anyone on here a reseller of their phone systems?

Need to get the management software for the phone system and they will only deal with a reseller.

Anyone assist on this?

Not to worry, managed to find the SW.

Just need to find the LAN IP

we put in Samsung office serv PBx's - you'll find most systems will have two ip's MGI card and the MCP.

Certainly does have two

The issue is, the reseller heavily emphasizes in programing it all via the handset and not to use the sw, this is so we call them out to get things done which costs quite a bit of money

Anyhow, I've got the SW just can't remember how to get the IP of the phone system,

Well we use a certain range tbh and log it on the job sheet - so it could be anything. Try "Angry IP" and see what results it gives back - we tend to range well out of the range of other things. Most of ours end in .190 and .191.

Also make sure your voicemail codes are not default codes as a lot of sammy systems have been hacked recently and the customer gets a very high bill
