Nearly every mornin wen its cold and bin drivin for bout a min the engine management kicks in and goes in2 limp home mode and cant go over bout 4000revs, but if i turn it off and then on again its ok but the emissions light stays on. few days later it will b fine?? Reno have had it twice , second time they replaced the throttle bodies now its happenin again.... its mk2 172 by the way...???

Could be a number of faults/sensors that could cause the vehicle to enter limp mode. If the dealer has already replaced the throttle body there must have been a stored fault relating to throttle control. Maybe the throttle peddle potentiometer is faulty(cant see it being the potentiometer in the throttle body as this has already been replaced)
