I was going to chop my Ixus 50 in for one of these simply because I was a camera that will record high speed video for slow motion stuff. Problem is I have heard that the the Casio isn't that hot at generally taking pictures.
Now, my Ixus is the best part of 4 years old, is only 5mp, is useless above 200 ISO, but it is still more than enough for a point and shoot for me. So when people say the casio "isn't the best" for pictures, that will be comparing them to latest cameras which are all 10-12mp and such, so compared to my Ixus it should at least be as good if not better right? I don't want a noticeable step down in IQ in sacrifice for high speed video, I want both!
Thoughts, anyone?
