Anyone here an uploader to a torrent site?

ok basically i wanna contribute some music to a site im a member of. The requirements are;

You must be able to provide releases that:
• include a proper NFO,
• are not older than seven (7) days,
• have all files in original format (usually 14.3 MB RARs),
• you'll be able to seed, or make sure are well-seeded, for at least 24 hours.
• you should have atleast 2MBit upload bandwith.

questions.

What is an nfo? is it that INFO document that opens up in explorer? if so, how do i make one of these as some of my music cd's do not have them.

does this mean i cant upload a cd if its older than 7 days old? seems weird.

my cd's am just mp3's, is this fine to upload as?

it says i should have at least 2 meg upload, but i think mine is only 1 meg, but i can keep my pc online seeding my files 24 hours a day, so should this be ok ya reckon?

just want peoples opinions before i post this on the site and make myself look like a damn noob, cheers!

For some reason NFO seem to open in system info on xp.

download an nfo viewer (like DamnNFO) or open them with notepad.

Older than 7 days could be somethin to do with scene releases?

Just make sure that the rars are split into 14.3MB's per rar

They are fine as MP3s but need to be rared if it says so.

Email them about your internet speed.


Personally i wouldnt bother as it just drains your connection and you get little reward for doing so.
