Re sync. This happened to me the other day. Synced on iTunes. And it solved it!
If it doesn't work, I can't help anymore pal

Typical. My laptop I use to back my phone up to has died!

All of your data is stored on iCloud usually long with your purchases. Just simply erase all your music and restore from iCloud. Some times if you have set it to Your phone is backed up to iCloud so, does help if you have a laptop tho
