Anyone with FTP knowledge?

Need a bit if help. I've switched hosting over and pointed the domain in the right place just need to upload the site now. When I use cyber duck I have no directories and it won't let me upload anything? I can give out the password if someone is kind enough to help

Make sure you have appended any port numbers you need, some unhelpful companies I have been with haven't told me the port number I need to look at until I've asked (idiots)

What does it say when you try to upload anything? Could be a permissions problem?

Its now letting me upload things but not sure if im putting them in right place etc. ive made a folder public_html then put an index.html in there?? When i go on the site it says error 403 and 404
