APEX suspension, is it any good

Im looking at an APEX suspension kit for the front of my valver, priced at £235, 2xsprings and gas shock absorbers but does anybody actually rate them? Im not sure cos ive no experience with them.

theyre mediocre......not bad, not great.....

i would get either get NEW Spax (i just had a custom items made a few months ago and they are better than my Konis), Koni, Avo, bilies etc etc.....

but if you can, go with the evo coilovers for 462 quid.......then u can do whatever you want for ever...best get it right the first time....

Im using APEX springs with OE shocks and to be honest it is a very harsh/bumpy ride unless you drive on a track most of the time then its great! Just tested the H&R coilovers a m8 got for his 172, gave it a spin around and you really feel the difference, but it cost too much! I might just get some Koni shocks later.
