Arb white line alternative?

  172 Cup plus more
Hi guys

I can not seem to get a white line rear antiroll bar anywhere as they are all out of stock.

My question is are there alternatives or should I wait?

They do come up for sale every so often in the for sale section.

Is there any available on eBay??

I ordered one on eBay paid and then received a email and refund as he had already sold it hahaha, I will wait it out I think, but I should become a full member here to be able to see the whole site, that can be my job tonight

One alternative is slightly stiffer rear springs, that will do the same job to introduce more rear end roll resistance, although ride comfort will be very slightly compromised compared to a roll bar.

Or of course a slightly softer front ARB (ie if you have the 25mm one swap to the 23mm one instead) which will do a similar job in terms of moving the roll resistance bias slightly rearward.

TBH I think 90% of the people on here fitting a whiteline ARB dont have a clue what it actually does, lol

I wonder what the jabba sport ones will be like?

Anyone know how long they will be before they are sold?

On a side note to this how much oversteer do the whiteline bars induce? Does the car become more snappy or does it remain fairly neutral? when I had my ph1 on track recently I thought it was pretty well balanced and don't know of it warrants a rear arb or not.

They change the balance towards more oversteer but how you drive will effect how much you get as will other thugs like your steering geometry.

Im also quite a fan of the standard setup personally. You can still get the back out anyway.

Im almost positive my big moment at 100mph through folly that's in the video of porkie following me would have been bad enough I couldn't have caught it if I had a stiffer rear end, so there are real downsides as well as the 'fun' side of it.

i had one on my old ph1, had it on hardest setting along with eibach springs. it was quite snappy in the wet on r/a if you werent careful, in the dry it handled like on rails. loved it.
