argh, air vents...

help, two or else three of the slats in my air vent dont move with the rest of them, how can i fix this? any help would be really helpful guys!

anyone? its doing my head in! i dont want to take the dash out....but iv got my phone holder which kinda blocks it, so its not noticeable....but i know its there!!!! any help?!?!
