Was taking my bird home earlier tonight on the A63 towards Hull, over took the Audi TT and he put his foot down to make it more difficult for me so I accelerated a bit more and pulled into the left hand lane. He stayed at a safe distance behind me at speeds of about 90 MPH, we then slowed down for traffic and he comes up behind me, so I boot it in 4th to about 6200rpm then into 5th and continue to about !20 MPH.
He did not do too bad, I pulled away at first, say a few car lengths then we stayed at the same distance apart.
His car was a left hand drive 180 BHP TT he was alone and my car is very new only 3200 miles on it and me and my bird in it.
I was impressed but wish I had changed into 5th later on in the rev range.
