how much does this normally cost and how much extra is balancing?

Normally get it all in otherwsie £5~10 per tyre to fit assuming I supply the wheel and tyres so they don't jack it up etc plus new valve and ballance etc.

Ballangind and new valve IMo should always be done as part of the price regardless. A typre won't be right unless its ballanced any place who doesn't is IMO a danger.
