AVI to DVD

hey peps anyone got any free softwhere that will burn avi to dvd ??

and fairly quickly

There's a few free ones I think. Pretty sure I've used a good free one although I can't remember what it was called and can't be arsed to Google it.

More to the point, none of them will be super quick unless you have a monster processor to do the encoding.

Everthing is free. Apart from Apple products there expensive.

On a serious note. No, but I assume he knows ways of getting it.

This should do it, and the odds are you already have it on your machine.

It's a bit like iDVD except obviously not as good.

Nero Lite is. That will do the job.

I remember when copying stuff on to DVD's were cool.

But now most DVD player's, TV's etc... have USB built in.

ConvertXtoDVD is what I've used in the past. Always worked pretty well.

The advent of consoles that double up as media servers has pretty much made my DVD drive redundant tbh.

TBH if he has Windows DVD Maker as per above link, there's no need to download/buy anything else.
