back box loose ?

my back box keeps coming loose from the middle section and ive tightend it up loads of times but it still keeps loosening. ive moved the sleeve up and down to see if that works too but no. has any one got any suggestions or is this a common thing that i will have to live with.

weld it that will fit it in place

It shouldnt happen, try a new sleeve as they are normally pretty strong.

I bought the reno one withe back box and it worked loose often. As said just a couple of tack welds will do the trick.
