how hard is it to change the side back windows

On a 3 door, very hard, says haynes manual, due to them being sealed in mate. Dodgy adhesives and everything apparantly!
Apparantly though you can get the new bonding compound from renault. Or bodge it with silicone .

Scott when you go to a body shop most ask if you want the rear windows removing, for a better paint seal . . . so it can't be that hard.

They'll probably get an outside company in e.g RAC Autowindscreens in to take them out, that's what we do if we're ever replacing a roof section and need the windscreen taken out.
