I used to use SyncBack SE.
SyncBack is free, but the SE version is about £5 for a license. The only benefit over the free version is that it can back up files that are in use via shadow copy.
Used to use synback myself, but it's $30 now :/ it's also a bit complicated in comparison to competitors imo, that being said, it prob has more functionality.
MS Synctoy is very basic but actually looks really good. Cheers!
