badges

i want to remove the renault diamond from the front and also the renault and the clio badges from the back so i can spray them. can any one advise me as to the best way to do this?

just pull the front diamond off, its clipped in with 3 pegs

the reno badge on the back is stuck on so carefully prise it off or use some string to 'slice' it off

the clio is drilled in so u will have to remove it by taking off the inner boot gubbins and unclipping it (u will be left with 2 holes tho)

It shouldn't do if done carefully. You will then need to re-stick it though when it's sprayed up.

re the front diamond, is it a ph1 or ph2 clio? as the diamond is different to take off IIRC. judging by the fact that you have a "renault" badge on the back id say its a ph1.

The diamond on the bonnet is held on by 3 pegs as mentioned above. Use a flat head screw driver wrapped in a shirt or something and prise the bottom of it up a bit, then you can pull it off easily. Put some masking tape along the bottom of it too to protect the paint a bit more if you like.
